No. Availability is decided by Meta, not by codes, and Muse is US-only for now. An invite code is a bonus for eligible accounts: 1 billion Muse tokens for you and 1 billion for the person who shared it.
Yes. Muse's own terms say the code must be redeemed in Settings within 48 hours of joining for both people to get their tokens. That is the only deadline; Sundog adds no countdown of its own.

Sign in to Sundog, take one code from the community pool, redeem it under Redeem invite code in your Muse settings within 48 hours of joining, then add your own code for the next person. You and the person who shared the code each get 1 billion Muse tokens. One code per person, and codes never bypass Meta's availability or eligibility rules.
