Run my six-task stress test: (1) find [SFO]→[Munich] [10-day December] flights and monitor for price drops weekly; (2) buy [item] on Amazon end to end; (3) transcribe this [Instagram video]; (4) scan my Spotify playlists for upcoming SF shows, find resale tickets, and monitor for cheaper ones; (5) analyze my [Apple Health] runs and build a training plan for [race] with a tracking dashboard; (6) connect my brokerage and bank, find subscriptions and analyze cash flow.
Review what the agent will be allowed to touch: browse the web, make purchases, confirm with you first, access account settings, confirm changes first, submit forms and bookings. Ask Muse to show its plan and pause before anything that spends money, sends a message or changes an account.
