Turn every meeting transcript into owners and next steps
After each meeting on your calendar, the dot reads the transcript or notes and posts decisions, owners and next steps to you, ready to share.
A dot sorts new mail into reply today, reply this week and archive, gives a one-line reason for each, and drafts the replies you approve.
Community-reported results. Success rates appear after 10 approved reports. Copies are deduplicated per visitor each day. Starter workflows have not been independently tested.
You do not need an empty inbox; you need to know which five messages matter. A dot can sort the pile before you see it and explain each call.
Paste this into a conversation with your dot and replace anything in [square brackets] with your own details. It is a standing job, so say when it should run.

An actionable recap with decisions, owners, deadlines, and unresolved questions.
Every weekday at 8am, read my unread email from the last 24 hours. Sort it into three piles: reply today, reply this week, and archive. Give a one-line reason for each message. Do not archive or reply to anything yourself. When I name a message, write a reply as a draft in my voice, using our past replies as reference, and tell me when the draft is ready.
Sending email on hand off to you. Archiving and deleting on ask before taking action. Open the dot's profile, then Customize and Custom rules, describe the action and pick the behaviour. Sensitive actions such as changing a password always stay with you.
A read and draft plugin for mail, a scheduled run, and the dot's memory of how you sort.
The dot cannot see context you have in your head, so newsletters from people you know may land in archive at first. Mail with attachments it cannot open is sorted by the subject only. Dots can make mistakes, including when following your rules; review consequential work before relying on it.

Muse reads new mail, drafts replies in your voice, flags what needs a decision and archives the noise. Start read-only, then drafts, then approved sends. Never auto-send.
