Turn a meeting transcript into next steps
An actionable recap with decisions, owners, deadlines, and unresolved questions.
After each meeting on your calendar, the dot reads the transcript or notes and posts decisions, owners and next steps to you, ready to share.
Community-reported results. Success rates appear after 10 approved reports. Copies are deduplicated per visitor each day. Starter workflows have not been independently tested.
The meeting ends, the transcript lands in a folder, and nobody writes the follow-up. A dot with access to that folder can do it within minutes, every time.

Paste this into a conversation with your dot and replace anything in [square brackets] with your own details. It is a standing job, so say when it should run.
After each meeting on my calendar, find its transcript or notes in [folder or tool]. Write a summary with three sections: decisions, owners with their next step and agreed date, and open questions. Message it to me within 15 minutes of the meeting ending. Do not post it anywhere until I approve. Keep a list of next steps and remind me three days before each date.
Posting to Slack or Teams on ask before taking action. Editing the source document on hand off to you. Open the dot's profile, then Customize and Custom rules, describe the action and pick the behaviour. Sensitive actions such as changing a password always stay with you.
Calendar and document plugins, the dot's memory of who owns what, and the Slack or Teams channel for the approved post.
Transcripts mis-hear names and numbers; read the owners and dates before you share. Check your employer's policy on connecting work accounts to a personal ChatGPT plan; Business Premium keeps it inside the workspace. Dots can make mistakes, including when following your rules; review consequential work before relying on it.

A dot sorts new mail into reply today, reply this week and archive, gives a one-line reason for each, and drafts the replies you approve.
Muse reads new mail, drafts replies in your voice, flags what needs a decision and archives the noise. Start read-only, then drafts, then approved sends. Never auto-send.
