A fitness plan that rebuilds itself when you fall behind
Give Muse the goal. It builds a phased plan as a living document, tracks connected health data, notices when life gets in the way and rewrites the plan instead of guilt-tripping you.
An agent keeps one running ledger of everything in flight in your life and re-reads the full list every 8 hours, looking only for staleness. Nothing you promised ever quietly dies, and you carry none of it in your head.
Community-reported results. Success rates appear after 10 approved reports. Copies are deduplicated per visitor each day. Starter workflows have not been independently tested.
Nothing you promised ever quietly dies, and you carry none of it in your head. The ledger holds the full list, about 47 live items in my case, and the sweep re-reads all of it every 8 hours so I do not have to. Because it never acts and never closes anything, I can trust its reports completely: it is a detector, not a second decision maker. Reports lead with what newly went stale, unchanged items get at most one line, and quiet sweeps stay quiet. The relief is not the list itself. It is knowing the list is being watched even on the weeks I am too busy to look at it.
Run an open commitments sweep for me. Keep a single ledger of everything in flight: promises I made, promises made to me, deadlines, reservations, filings, and appointments. Right now that list runs to about 47 live items, and it changes as I tell you about new ones. Review the full ledger every 8 hours. Your only job is detection. Never act on an item, never message anyone about one, and never close or complete an item yourself. Only I close items. When you report, lead with what newly went stale since the last sweep: items with no movement past the point where movement was expected. Give unchanged items at most one line each, and do not repeat the full write-up for an item you already reported. If nothing newly went stale, say so in one line and stop.

Give Muse the date, headcount and vibe. It plans a scaled menu, remembers who cannot eat what, builds the prep timeline and drafts every invitation for your approval.
One trusted list for appointments, meds, refills, and rides. Muse drafts requests but never sends, books, or files them without approval. Watch data is read against your own baseline, reminders stay inside waking hours, and a one-page emergency summary regenerates on every med or condition change.
