Every screenshot lands in a Syncthing folder watched by Muse, which classifies, files, or purges it — a 1,513-file backlog cleared in about two hours with zero files lost.
Community-reported results. Success rates appear after 10 approved reports. Copies are deduplicated per visitor each day. Starter workflows have not been independently tested.
Every screenshot I take on my workstation lands in a Syncthing folder watched by my Muse. I never upload screenshots into chats anymore; I just say "see SS" and it pulls the newest one, "SS2" for the two newest, and so on.
A dedicated screenshot desk classifies each shot by verdict patterns I set: VA and medical screenshots are keepers, billing pages go to trash, private conversations go to trash, credential-bearing shots go to a locked-down local folder that never leaves the machine, and case evidence routes to the case file it belongs to. Keepers and work shots file to Google Drive. Everything else sits in a trash folder on a 30-day purge, and a weekly sweep (Mondays, 1:30 AM) processes whatever accumulated so nothing piles up.
This morning the same pipeline chewed through a 1,513-file archive backlog: it OCR'd every image, flagged the 487 that matched my watch patterns, took my rulings on the groups (five minutes of my time), then filed everything to its destination with checksum verification. About two hours of agent time, zero files lost, and a permanent per-file index even for the ones that get purged.
ShareX to a Syncthing inbox, a Muse side chat running a written SOP with my verdict patterns banked, Google Drive as the filing cabinet.

Every new screenshot is retrievable by saying "see SS", classified by its verdict pattern, filed to Drive or its case file, held locally if credential-bearing, or held in trash for 30 days — with a per-file index kept even after purging.
