Copy this into Muse and replace anything in [square brackets] with your own details.
Call Optimum sales at 1-866-465-7411 on my behalf as [your name]. Ask: (1) is the 1 Gig service fiber or coax at my address, and (2) why does the label show 38 Mbps up? Take notes and report back with their answers when the call wraps.
Review what the agent will be allowed to touch: browse the web. Ask Muse to show its plan and pause before anything that spends money, sends a message or changes an account.

An agent keeps one running ledger of everything in flight in your life and re-reads the full list every 8 hours, looking only for staleness. Nothing you promised ever quietly dies, and you carry none of it in your head.
